In a previous article, we discussed where to begin a company’s digital transformation. This time, I would like to complement that by proposing a set of key competencies that should be developed within the organization.<\/p>\n\n

In today’s era of rapid technological advancements and constant market changes, digital transformation has become a priority for organizations seeking to stay competitive and relevant. Effective adoption of technology and the integration of digitalization into all aspects of business are fundamental for achieving success in this constantly evolving environment. However, to accomplish a successful digital transformation, organizations must develop certain key competencies that act as foundational pillars in this process of change.<\/p>\n\n

1. Visionary and Committed Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Leadership is the driving force behind any transformation within an organization. To carry out a successful digital transformation, it is essential for leaders to have a clear and solid vision of how technology can enhance the business and to be committed to implementing this vision. Visionary leadership not only has the ability to inspire and motivate employees but is also willing to take risks and overcome obstacles to achieve success in digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n

2. Organizational Agility and Adaptability:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Digital transformation requires an agile and adaptable mindset throughout the organization.
